OGI Business Harmony ®

OGI Business Harmony ® is the Complex Composite Artificial Intelligence Business Management Decision Support ERP system, especially develop for Small and Middle Size business users.

The OGI Business Harmony ® maximizes User's productivity activities and minimizes all other activities.

All business functions are integrated in intelligent object sets, which are based on real time interactive data processing of internal algorithms of Knowledge (AOK).

The composition and system architecture based on use and processing of the system self-teaching AOK simplified system usage giving Small and Midlle Size Business Users really "TOOL" for do their business.

 

System Parameters Setting - SPS

OGI Business Harmony System parameters are the set of functions, which control exchange information between User and System and define access right for each of them. System parameter setup is depending and link with Internal Security System (ISS). Once access is provided, using ISS, to a particular function set, restrictions may be placed upon the user's ability to activate one or more of the sub-function and screens within that function set. The System Parameters are based on multiple user-data access which in combination with ISS makes protection functional matrix, which serving one and/or more users without slowing the operations.

Fully automatic the journal transaction (control batch) processing is integrated into SPS to ensure the validity of the Users, data and information. At any moment authorized User can change SPS without slowing the operations.
Once setup is done system mode will change from semi automatic in full automatic. From that moment System know WHO, WHERE, WHEN work. HOW long work, WHAT user doing and WHAT are his contributions to the System?

Printers Engine Setings - PES

OGI Business Harmony Printers Engine is the form of the virtual printer engine which helps users to allocate printers for the different system functions. Printers listing forms are defined by the process which is very different and consist of different types of information. Example, below, illustrate the very simple type of printing scenario with two different printer listing forms and two the completely different printer.

Example:
In the restaurant when the waiter entering a menu order, he is pressing POS till the button on the system menu screen sending the request for dish to the kitchen printer and for spirits to the bar printers.








Business Intelligence Management System - BIM

OGI Business Harmony Business Intelligence System is the autonomous intelligence system which working without any User activities. In every moment OBH BIS supplies the User with completely informations set, from different System Object, which are necessary for make Decision on time in real time. The OBH BIS Engine is developed on methodology, which doesn't need any BI Tools and/or User BI training for understand and use OBH BIS. Self-Teaching System - STS

The Ogi Business Harmony Self-Teaching System is based on different sets of Algorithms of Knowledge (AOK). This System serves company business process, needs, internal and external communications with Ogi Business Harmony Kernel (BHPK).

Ogi Business Harmony Kernel monitoring the ways and roles of Information’s exchange process, searching for the best solution(s), and definitions of adequate action(s), which can be auto-executing and/or suggest the user for execution at the right moment.

Business Harmony Servers - BHS

OGI Business Harmony Servers was developed and working under general MUP rule. Servers will send the message to the User to inform him/her on time about any activities, which are related to his/her working process. Working on these way Servers significantly increase User productivity and efficiency.

The Users without e-mail communication software can use OBH Private Mail Server, which enforces specific access policies appropriate for each User.

Internal Communication System - ICS
OBH Communication interface is a User information exchange system which has two working mode, Standard and Auto. Mode activation and usage depending of User working process, e.g. user from trade (retail) will prefer auto mode, which permanently keep open communication Chanel between Traders and Manager. The Users from hospitality industry usually will use Standard Mode. It Doesn't exist type and usage limitation for modes. Communication modes are flexible in their usage and User can switch from one to other any time without any problem for process executions.



Internal Security Systems - ISS

OGI Business Harmony Internal Security System (ISS) with multi levels of Users identifications ensure that data entry, modification and access are available only to those who are authorized. It enforces specific access policies appropriate for each User. Each OBH function (see above) may be configured such they can only be accessed with the specific coded password, similar to an electronic signature. ISS access protocol permanently registers every data manipulation accessed with any type of User passwords.

Human Resource Management System - HRS

OGI Business Harmony Human Resource Management System (HRS) integrates all HRS and Payroll functions in one system which after initial User setup working autonomously without any User added activities. System automatically administers Users by time, day, week, month, commission options, loans, login and logout. Any change in User working process is automatically registered and have the direct impact to every aspect of User performance, comparing his/her performance with others and Company performance in total. Authorized User have in any moment, real time access, to any HRS info.

Trade Management System - Retail - TMR

OGI Business Harmony Trade Management System - Retail (TMR) in one processing screen integrates all functions which must be, on time in time, available to User for successful trade process. The MAMC rule is fully satisfied. The User with one click can change working environment from producing Picking Slip, Invoice and/or Quotation.

OGI Business Harmony Trade Management System - Hospitality (TMH) as version of OBH Trade System is developed to serve Hospitality needs on three different levels (Table, Room, Function) of Guest needs.

Customer Relation Management System - CRM

OGI Business Harmony Customer Relation Management System (CRM) is integrated in OBH as the semi automatic system. After initial data entry about Customer, CRM system continues working automatically without slowing the operations. CRM system with 20 different Class and 200 attributes is administrated with one user screen. The CRM analysis is accessible by the same screen but there are under BIM and FIA Management Systems controls.
